April 4 at 10:00am to at 3:00pm
Break new ground for the Crosby County Pioneer Farming & Ranching Center
Crosby County's Pioneer Farming & Ranching Center

Join us as we introduce the beginnings of the Crosby County "Pioneer Farming & Ranching Center". The PFRC joins its sister museum, the Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum, to complete the picture of farm and ranch life on the plains. On April 4, 2015, Crosbyton will celebrate the new addition with "The Tractor Factor" an antique tractor display presented by the South Plains Antique Tractor Association. Make time to watch one of the five historical re-enactments presented by "Lone Star Lead and Lace" and the exciting Gunslinger Challenge. The group will also present gun safety information throughout the day. There will be games for family fun at the Pioneer Farming & Ranching Center and at the Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum. Find a favorite food and graze in the park next to the museum. Top the day with an "Egg'ceptional Search" complete with the Easter Bunny and a field full of Easter eggs beginning at 2:00 p.m.
