Canadian's annual Winter Dance features performances from Bart Crow, breakthrough artist of "Dandelion," and Curtis Grimes, Sat. Feb. 15, 2014, at 8:00 p.m. Crow was exposed to country music early, when his father started playing in a dance hall cover band. After rediscovering old country favorites, Crow began to invest more time into playing guitar before leaving everything for a chance in Austin. After much hard work, Crow can now proudly say, "I'm in the best position I've ever been in career-wise, and I just made the best record I could. The sky's the limit." Texas native Grimes takes his inspiration from country music legends like George Strait as well as country musicians like Chris Young and Clay Walker. After winning a contest to open for Kenny Chesney at one of his local shows, Grimes went on to compete on NBC's The Voice. Grimes has three songs that have hit Top 5 on country music charts, and isn't ready to stop any time soon.
