Canyon: Canyon: American Indian Art From the Susan J. Allen Collection at the PPHM

The exhibit will have artifacts from the following tribes: Achomawi, Acoma, Apache, Southern Arapaho, Chemehuevi, Northern Cheyenne, Southern Cheyenne, Chitimacha, Choctaw, Crow, Haida, Havasupai, Hopi, Hupa, Karok Klamath, Klickitat, Lakota, Maidu, Miwok, Navajo, Nez Perce, Nootkah-Makah, Ojibwa, O’Odham, Paiute, Panamint, Pima, Pomo, Salish, Seminole, Taos, Tlingit, Tohono, Washoe, Yokut, and Yurok. The highlight of the collection is basketry, but other media are represented, including pottery, silver, paintings, leather and beadwork.
