Hale County Farm and Ranch Museum

The Hale County Farm and Ranch Museum opens its doors for a public meet and greet on Thurs. Feb. 20, 2014 from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The museum is a historic site of restored homes, including a 1911 Santa Fe Depot and a 1907 farmhouse, among other buildings. Inside the museum are railroad, farming, and ranching artifacts from Texas's early agriculture days, including a restored antique tractor, vintage farm equipment, and windmills. Other sights in the museum include stone tool and arrowheads, as well as other tools from primitive times.
