IT'S TIME TO RENEW OR RESERVE your organization's ad and listing in our Texas Plains Trail Region/West Texas TravelHost 2014 Visitor Guide. Space is limited, and the deadline for reservations is DECEMBER 1, 2013.

This eye-catching, full-color guide has been a huge success in promoting heritage tourism year-round at our Palo Duro Canyon Visitors Center kiosk, the State Fair of Texas, major trade and travel shows, and other events throughout our 52-county region. As a partnership venture approved by our board of directors, the Texas Plains Trail Region handles this distribution at no cost to you--you only need to place your ad at the special discount rates linked below.

The Texas Plains Trail Region (TPTR) and West Texas TravelHost Magazine are excited to announce our partnership to produce the 2014 Visitor Guide.

The guide will include all 52 counties and will be a full-page (9x11), full-color publication.

 

Building on the success of the previous museum and visitor guides, we expect a great response from this publication. The 2014 Visitor Guide will be an insert in the 2014 Spring issue of the West Texas TravelHost Magazine, which is distributed inmore than 10,000 hotel rooms and in various non-hotel locations. In addition we will be printing an additional 15,000 copies to be distributed in Texas Travel Information Centers and throughout the Texas Plains Trail Region for the remainder of 2014.

 

Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. The goal for the Visitor Guide is a minimum of 40 pages.

 

The Visitor Guide will enable the TPTR to supplement and enhance its marketing efforts in a very cost-effective manner.

 

Advertisers in the 2014 Visitor Guide will include, but not be limited to, destinations, organizations (Chambers of Commerce, CVB's), museums, entertainment venues, restaurants, retail establishments, and hotels.Advertisers must be located within the 52 counties of the Texas Plain Trail Region.

 

The 2014 Visitor Guide will contain a full-page map of the TPTR that will list all advertisers at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

 

We look forward to producing this guide for the benefit of all communities and sites in the Texas Plains Trail Region. Please be mindful of deadlines, as any late additions may not receive the full benefit of being listed on the map.
