Goodlett: Ole Towne Cotton Gin RV Park

Ole Town Cotton Gin RV Park

Historic cotton gin first established in 1904. Like many wooden structures of the period, it was the victim of fire, replaced by the current building in 1931. Today, the cotton gin contains major pieces of the original equipment, and serves as the headquarters of the RV park. The owner, and expert in the field, offers tours to visitors and explains the operations and importance of the historic gin.
